Copper Solid Rivets
Product Overview
Copper solid rivets are cold-formed from C11000 (ETP) and C12200 (DHP) copper alloys. The solid shank design provides maximum shear and tensile strength for permanent fastening applications. Manufactured per DIN 660 and ISO 1051 standards, these rivets offer excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and non-sparking properties. Available in round, flat, and countersunk head styles. Dimensional tolerances follow ISO 1051, with full material traceability available.
Key Features
- High shear and tensile strength for permanent joints.
- Excellent electrical and thermal conductivity.
- Corrosion resistance in atmospheric and mild chemical environments.
- Non-sparking properties for hazardous applications.
- Available in multiple head styles and finishes.

For proper installation, use a rivet set with a concave die matching the head style. Recommended hole clearance: 0.05 – 0.10 mm over shank diameter. For harder materials, pre-drill with deburring to avoid shank deformation. Setting force varies with diameter and hardness; perform trial sets to determine optimal pressure. For electrical connections, ensure clean contact surfaces and use appropriate torque.
